• What is Flex's implementation process and timeline?
Flex's implementation process includes an experienced, dedicated implementation team. The team will provide the timeline and tailor the specific dates for the various milestones based on the client's needs to ensure a smooth and timely implementation experience.

The steps in the implementation process are:

• Configuration and setup
• Communication plan
• Open enrollment period
• Employee setup and fulfillment
• Education
• Go live

Throughout every step of the implementation process, the team will be in contact with you and the client to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible and the implementation is completed on time.

You can be as hands-on-or as hands-off-as you like. If you'd rather not be involved in the day-to-day, our experienced implementation team can work directly with your client to achieve the best possible results.

Employers have access to our user-friendly employer website which allows them to manage every aspect of their benefit plans online. Throughout the plan year, the portal will provide comprehensive, online, on-demand and real-time resources for employers.

At Flex, we know that education and communication are the keys to a successful benefits plan. We'll help create a custom enrollment and engagement plan to enhance employee awareness and engage participants. Our year-round engagement program sets participants up for success, helps correct sub-optimal usage patterns and drives spending and digital tool utilization.
