Flexible Benefit Service LLC (Flex) is excited to announce that our seamless integration feature – commonly referred to as Single Sign-On (SSO) – is now available within Health Care Service Corporation’s (HCSC) member portals in IL, MT, NM, OK and TX. This feature gives BCBS members the ability to easily access their Health Savings Account (HSA) at myflexaccount.com with a single click from the Blue Access for Members (BAM) web site without needing to provide additional sign-in credentials.

 

Myflexaccount.com provides account information for employees who enroll in a HSA offered by Flex. This web site supports all HSA spending and saving activity for accountholders, while providing numerous resources to help them understand and manage their account. 

 

This feature is currently available for the participating employees of any employer who chose Flex as their integrated HSA provider and are also enrolled in a qualified high deductible health plan (HDHP) from BCBS plans in IL, MT, NM, OK and TX. Flex has been an integrated HSA vendor with compatible BCBS plans since 2009, and is excited to add this new, user-friendly and secure feature to our capabilities. 

 

Additional integration between Flex and HCSC is also scheduled for Q1-2018. HSA account holders with Flex will soon be able to view their balance information and high-level transaction details directly on the BAM web site.
